Vice President - US Swap Dealer Regulations – Compliance Advisory

About the role

This senior position will lead the establishment of operational efficiency for US regulatory compliance and reporting across the EMEA region. You will act as the primary advisor on CFTC, NFA and SEC swap‑dealer requirements, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to US authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes to meet US swap‑dealer regulatory obligations (CFTC, NFA, SEC).
• Compile and submit required regulatory reports to US authorities.
• Serve as the main point of contact for US regulatory advisory across the business.
• Oversee task management related to US regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align compliance activities with business objectives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in US swap‑dealer regulations and compliance advisory.
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
