About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic waiters and waitresses to join our private members’ club in the heart of Milan. This role offers the chance to relocate to one of Europe’s most vibrant cities and work in a setting where hospitality is treated as an art form.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Respond politely to guest requests, handling any issues promptly and courteously.
• Support the manager by anticipating needs and contributing to overall service efficiency.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in Italy (EU passport, valid work permit, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of hospitality standards.
