Workshop Controller – Prestige Automotive Service

About the role

Mercedes‑Benz of Milton Keynes is seeking a confident and motivated Workshop Controller to lead the Service Department in delivering a seamless, high‑quality customer experience. You will oversee a high‑volume prestige workshop, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workshop activities to achieve ‘Fixed First Visit’ targets.
• Manage workflow between technicians, parts, and service advisors.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as turnaround time and quality.
• Ensure compliance with Mercedes‑Benz breakdown procedures and brand standards.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts usage, and customer communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar workshop controller or service coordination role.
• Strong commitment to quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Passion for working with a prestigious automotive brand.
