About the role

We are seeking a passionate Year 4 teacher to join a warm, inclusive primary school in Birmingham from September 2026. This full‑time position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on pupils’ academic and personal development within a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, high‑quality KS2 lessons for Year 4.
• Create a nurturing classroom atmosphere that promotes learning and wellbeing.
• Support the academic and personal progress of all pupils.
• Collaborate with colleagues, families, and school leadership.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) holder.
• Experience teaching KS2, preferably Year 4.
• Enthusiastic, reflective, and committed to pupil progress.
• Strong behaviour management and organisational abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
