About the role

Join The Body Shop’s Southampton store as a Customer Consultant, delivering inspirational advice on our ethical, cruelty‑free beauty range. You will engage with shoppers, share product stories and help them find items that match their lifestyle and values.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and understand the full product portfolio, including community‑trade sourced ingredients.
• Recommend suitable vegetarian/vegan products based on customer needs.
• Provide exceptional, personalised customer service to drive sales and store profit.
• Support store management in achieving sales targets and maintaining visual standards.
• Participate in store events, product launches and community‑activism initiatives.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in connecting with customers and promoting ethical beauty.
• Open availability for evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Enthusiastic, team‑oriented attitude with a passion for sustainability.
