12‑Month Global Markets Structuring Internship

About the role

Join the Global Markets Structuring team at Crédit Agricole CIB for a 12‑month internship focused on Financial Institution (FI) products. You will work on investment and hedging solutions across multiple asset classes, gaining exposure to strategy, product development, and client interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with traders to design new fixed‑income strategies for investment or hedging needs.
• Work with sales to create and pitch innovative products, including pricing and marketing materials.
• Assist in product development, responding to market demand and regulatory changes.
• Support the automation of internal processes such as pricing tools and deal workflows.
• Provide training to sales on product features and pricing systems.
• Engage directly with clients and investors to explain product details.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, and Back‑Office to ensure regulatory adherence.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in financial markets.
• Analytical mindset and ability to think strategically.
• Excellent communication skills for client and internal interactions.
• Motivation to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
