We are seeking an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to build and grow their own desk in Liverpool. This sales‑driven position is perfect for someone who thrives on business development, hitting targets and nurturing long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Take full 360 ownership – from client acquisition and candidate sourcing to placement and account management.
• Proactively win new business and develop lasting client partnerships.
• Build and grow a profitable desk across temporary and permanent recruitment.
• Meet and exceed gross profit and revenue targets.
• Negotiate fees and manage margins to maximise performance.

Required profile

• Experience in 360 recruitment or a strong sales/business‑development background.
• Confident, target‑driven and commercially minded.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Organised, proactive and motivated to create something of your own.
