3D Designer – Hybrid (London)

About the role

We are looking for a creative 3D Designer to join our fast‑growing agency in London. The role is hybrid, with three fixed office days and two remote days each week, and offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of events, exhibitions and experiential projects for global brands.

Key responsibilities

• Transform client briefs into fully realised spatial design concepts for events, exhibitions and 3D activations.
• Design exhibition stands, stage sets, conference environments and related assets from concept through to delivery.
• Interpret floor plans, blueprints and site measurements to produce accurate spatial layouts.
• Create 3D models, apply textures, lighting and produce photorealistic renderings for client presentations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary designers and production teams throughout each project lifecycle.
• Conduct site inspections and apply spatial design principles to ensure optimal traffic flow and safety.

Required profile

• Proven experience in events, exhibitions or experiential design.
• Strong understanding of how people move through built environments.
• Mid‑level experience with a portfolio that demonstrates end‑to‑end spatial design work.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, hybrid team setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Rhino.
• Proficiency in Revit or equivalent 3D modelling software.
