Accommodation Coordinator

About the role

The Accommodation Coordinator will process referrals for ex‑offenders leaving prison, ensuring timely and accurate handling of accommodation requests. You will liaise with internal teams and external partners, update records and manage bed‑space reports while handling sensitive data in line with confidentiality requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process accommodation referrals for ex‑offenders.
• Draft and issue correspondence and maintain regular email communication with stakeholders.
• Update internal systems, including VECO, to reflect placements and changes.
• Produce and manage bed‑space reports and maintain accurate records.
• Complete risk assessments and support allocation decisions.

Required profile

• Experience in office administration or similar role.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to service users.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative duties.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment within the criminal justice sector.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams.
