Account Executive – Bridge (Crypto & Stablecoins)

About the role

The Bridge team at Stripe is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to own a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers focused on crypto and stablecoin solutions. You will deepen relationships, expand revenue, drive product adoption, and secure long‑term renewals while helping customers leverage the broader Stripe Money Management suite.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans, cross‑selling and expanding revenue across strategic accounts.
• Lead deal strategy and commercial negotiations for large, complex renewals.
• Build executive‑level relationships, understand customer challenges, and align solutions.
• Map accounts, coordinate stakeholder meetings, and expand the customer relationship.
• Contribute to team projects that refine the sales process and shape Bridge’s sales culture.
• Identify churn signals and implement preventative strategies.
• Collaborate with product, success, risk, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS or FinTech accounts.
• Strong quantitative rigor and customer‑obsession mindset.
• Ability to lead complex commercial negotiations and drive strategic initiatives.
• Excellent cross‑functional partnership skills.
