Account Executive – Customer Relations

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, customer‑focused Account Executive to join our busy sales and customer service team in Wimbledon. You will handle inbound enquiries, support customers throughout their journey and help turn enquiries into sales opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring smooth fulfilment.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Conduct follow‑up activities to maximise sales opportunities.
• Support outbound campaigns and business development initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with sales administration, invoicing and customer communications.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support or a similar advisory role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.

Required skills
