Account Executive – Insurance & Risk Management

About the role

Join Gallagher’s Chichester office as an Insurance Account Executive. You will work with mid‑ to large‑corporate clients, primarily in construction and manufacturing, delivering technically‑driven risk solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process for client portfolios, gathering information and negotiating terms.
• Maintain and grow a book of business by identifying new opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with brokers to secure competitive terms.
• Visit clients as needed to provide personalised service.
• Handle account queries and credit‑control matters, resolving issues promptly and escalating when required.

Required profile

• Experience in insurance or risk‑management sales, preferably with mid‑corporate clients.
• Ability to develop technical depth and understand complex exposures.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, insight‑driven solutions.
