Seasonal Sales Assistant – Festive Retail Role

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our store team for the busy festive period. As the face of the shop you will welcome customers, demonstrate products, manage stock and help create memorable in‑store events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a VIP‑level customer experience, greeting shoppers and offering personalised product advice.
• Conduct skin‑contact product demonstrations and hand out tailored samples each shift.
• Become an expert on Lush products to guide customers toward the right choices.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets and keep the shop floor lively.
• Host birthday parties, special events and seasonal workshops for children.
• Restock shelves, maintain visual displays and ensure inventory is ready for the shop floor.
• Keep the store clean, tidy and inviting for shoppers.
• Process transactions accurately and with a friendly attitude.
• Answer customer queries, resolve issues and provide genuine care.
• Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and retail skills.

Required profile

• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day and during key festive dates (including Christmas Eve or Boxing Day).
• Willingness to attend a group interview, trial shift and training dates as outlined.
