About the role
Deel is looking for a driven Account Executive to lead new‑business sales for its IT solutions across the Mid‑Market segment (200‑2,000 employees) in the EMEA region. You will be the front‑line champion of Deel’s all‑in‑one payroll and HR platform, helping global companies hire, pay and manage talent worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, prospect and close new Mid‑Market accounts in the IT space across EMEA.
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiation and hand‑over.
- Build strong relationships with C‑level and procurement stakeholders.
- Present and articulate Deel’s value proposition, tailoring demos to customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, product) to structure complex commercial deals.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM.
Required profile
- Proven track record selling SaaS or software‑led products to Mid‑Market customers (200‑2,000 employees).
- Demonstrated ability to generate net‑new logos and exceed quota.
- Resilient, self‑motivated and comfortable taking calculated risks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ownership mindset with a passion for Deel’s mission.
