About the role
Figma is growing its team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. We are looking for a Small Business Account Executive to join our high‑performing sales team. This is a full‑time role with hybrid working from our London office.
Key responsibilities
- Focus 100% on new customer acquisition, primarily an outbound‑driven role.
- Prioritise regional EMEA accounts, prospect outbound and build a strong pipeline.
- Manage a 360‑degree deal cycle and exceed revenue targets.
- Own sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting in Salesforce.
- Develop and circulate best practices in a collaboration‑first environment.
Required profile
- SDR/BDR experience in a pure outbound function.
- Account Executive closing experience.
- Strong written prospecting and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of success in prior roles.
- Competitive, adaptable, ambitious, collaborative and curious mindset.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach and Sales Navigator.
