Account Handler – General Insurance

About the role

Everywhen, the UK's largest independent insurance broker and part of the Ardonagh Group, is hiring an Account Handler in Lewes. You will be the point of contact for a designated portfolio of clients, supporting them with their insurance needs and building strong relationships. The role is permanent and full-time, with a Monday to Friday schedule and hybrid working.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the go-to person for a designated portfolio of clients
• Build strong relationships and support clients with their insurance needs
• Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport

Required profile

• Experience in the insurance industry is a must
• Positive, proactive attitude and drive to deliver the best client experience
• Curiosity and willingness to learn; the employer supports qualifications such as CII or ACII
• Confident communication over the phone and face-to-face
• Collaborative spirit and resilience in a fast-paced environment
• Integrity and honesty, essential in a regulated industry
