Account Handler – Personal Lines

About the role

We are looking for an Account Handler to join a well‑established independent insurance broker in the North West. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and building long‑term relationships with personal lines clients in a relaxed, team‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of personal lines clients.
• Handle renewals, mid‑term adjustments and new business enquiries.
• Provide tailored quotations and advice across home, motor and travel insurance.
• Build strong relationships with clients and insurers.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure FCA compliance.

Required profile

• Experience within personal lines insurance.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Customer‑focused and detail‑oriented.
• Enjoy working as part of a close‑knit, supportive team.
