Account Management Director (French Speaker)

About the role

The Account Management Director will own the commercial relationships with a portfolio of large hospitality accounts, ensuring revenue retention and growth across the region. Fluent French and English communication is essential to serve our multinational client base.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with assigned accounts through on‑site meetings, regular calls, and industry events.
• Present IDeaS products and consulting services, listening to client needs and identifying mutual business opportunities.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to meet or exceed territory sales targets.
• Leverage IDeaS go‑to‑market resources and local tactics to generate new opportunities.
• Provide proactive client service, coordinating internal resources to meet expectations.
• Track activities, contacts, leads, and opportunities using Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Premium.
• Prepare monthly reports for sales leadership, sharing strategies and successes.
• Represent IDeaS publicly, act as an ambassador for accounts, and facilitate client case studies.
• Stay informed on hospitality trends, IDeaS product updates, and competitive landscape.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in revenue management, account management or consultative enterprise‑software sales.
• 5+ years of experience within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills across diverse cultures and corporate levels, including C‑level executives.
• Strong organizational ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven listening skills to align solutions with client needs.
