Account Manager – Ad Tech Agency (Hybrid, Manchester)

About the role

We are a forward‑thinking Manchester agency seeking an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of digital advertising clients. You will work hybrid, spending 2‑3 days a week in our office, and will be the main point of contact for campaign planning, delivery and optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end campaign planning for display and mobile advertising.
• Oversee execution, optimisation and performance reporting across client accounts.
• Identify and act on opportunities to expand and deepen client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Required profile

• 2+ years of agency‑side account handling experience.
• Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging directly with clients.
• Positive, professional attitude and genuine enthusiasm for the ad‑tech industry.
