Account Manager – Aviation / Aerospace

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Account Manager to drive growth within the aviation and aerospace used serviceable material market. Based in Crawley, you will manage the full sales cycle, from enquiry to delivery, and work closely with an established sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand existing customer accounts, re‑engage lapsed clients and identify new commercial opportunities.
• Manage the sales process for used serviceable material, including RFQs, quotations, order fulfilment and after‑sales support.
• Generate profit by nurturing long‑term relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
• Leverage warm leads, industry contacts and personal network to create new business.
• Collaborate with the team to meet individual and collective revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in aviation or aerospace sales, with a strong network of industry contacts.
• Commercially driven, self‑motivated and comfortable working autonomously.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast‑moving environment.

What we offer

• Competitive basic salary of £45,000 per year (DOE).
• Uncapped commission with realistic OTE around £63,000.
• Full‑time permanent contract, 37.5 hours per week, Monday‑Friday.
