About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the buying or selling process, from initial contact to completion.
• Present properties, negotiate offers, and manage sales transactions.
• Generate leads, drive business growth and arrange viewings and appointments.
• Provide office‑based support and conduct on‑the‑go property viewings as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in estate agency.
• Positive, driven, customer‑focused mindset with strong work ethic.
• Energetic, motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ambitious, engaging and passionate about helping customers find their perfect home.

Required skills

• Full driving licence and own car.
• Ability to present, negotiate and manage sales processes.
