Account Manager – B2B Client Portfolio

About the role

We are seeking a tenacious, customer‑focused Account Manager to join our busy internal Account Management team. Working hybrid (two days in the Marlow office, three days from home), you will manage a portfolio of B2B clients, ensuring service excellence and adherence to SLA commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of B2B clients, delivering first‑class service at all times.
• Anticipate and resolve issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
• Handle all back‑office administration for each client.
• Produce regular reporting and forecasting using Excel to illustrate account performance.
• Maintain accurate client data in the internal CRM system.

Required profile

• Office‑based customer service experience, ideally B2B.
• Proactive, assertive, tenacious and driven.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Team player who can work independently when required.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to use Excel functions such as pivot tables.
