Account Manager – Creative Branding Agency

About the role

As an Account Manager you will sit at the heart of a leading creative branding agency, overseeing client relationships and ensuring design‑led projects are delivered from brief to completion. You will work across brand identity, packaging and activation projects, supporting the creative process while managing timelines, budgets and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day client interactions.
• Oversee multiple branding and design projects, ensuring delivery on brief, on time and on budget.
• Translate client objectives into clear internal briefs for creative teams.
• Collaborate closely with designers, strategists and production partners to produce high‑quality output.
• Support project planning, budgeting and workflow, identifying opportunities to add value.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Account Manager within a branding, design or creative agency.
• Strong understanding of brand identity, packaging or activation projects.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for briefing and guiding creative teams.
• Highly organised, proactive and detail‑oriented.
