Account Manager – Customer Solutions

About the role

As an Account Manager at Hilti, you will act as a trusted partner to construction customers across County Fermanagh. You will visit sites and offices, understand client needs and propose tailored solutions using Hilti’s tools, software and services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory with autonomy, building long‑term relationships.
• Visit customers on‑site and in offices to assess requirements and present Hilti solutions.
• Promote Hilti software platforms such as ON!Track, Fieldwire and VanGateway.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, safety and sustainability for clients.
• Collaborate with the regional field team to ensure consistent support.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with strong communication abilities.
• Curious, self‑motivated and adaptable to varied work environments.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Able to learn technical product knowledge through Hilti training.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ON!Track.
• Experience using Fieldwire.
• Knowledge of VanGateway.
