Account Manager - Lifestyle Brands

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing creative agency that designs retail brand experiences for leading lifestyle brands. The Account Manager will own the day‑to‑day relationship with a key client in the sports‑fashion sector, ensuring campaigns are effectively translated across stores, windows, toolkits and the broader customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture the client relationship for a flagship lifestyle brand account.
• Coordinate the translation of marketing campaigns into in‑store activations, visual displays and toolkits.
• Collaborate with internal creative, production and retail teams to deliver seamless brand experiences.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets and performance metrics, reporting progress to the client.
• Travel regularly to client sites and retail locations to oversee implementation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing accounts within retail or lifestyle environments.
• Strong understanding of how marketing campaigns are executed in physical stores.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with confidence in client‑facing situations.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently for on‑site work.
