Account Manager – £14/hr PAYE + Commission (Hybrid, Swindon)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Account Manager to join a leading global car finance and leasing specialist. Working on a hybrid basis from Swindon, you will initially be hired on a three‑month temporary contract with the potential to become permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of car dealerships, overseeing the remarketing of returned vehicles.
• Contact customers via email and phone to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Develop and nurture relationships within your portfolio while supporting the wider sales team.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely resolutions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in customer service or account management handling a high volume of clients.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, both internally and externally.
• Ability to work independently while also supporting team objectives.
• Uncompromising focus on customer satisfaction and problem‑solving.
