Account Manager – Social Care Recruitment

About the role

Join Prospero Health & Social Care as an Account Manager, working on a warm desk alongside a top‑performing consultant. You will manage existing client accounts within the health and social care sector, building strong relationships and ensuring high‑quality staffing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and coordinate temporary and permanent staffing requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare and social care providers.
• Deliver outstanding service to maximise client retention and repeat business.
• Match high‑quality candidates to suitable roles across the sector.
• Collaborate with the wider team to achieve business growth and service excellence.
• Support compliance and ensure all placements meet industry and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience (essential), ideally within health & social care or a fast‑paced recruitment environment.
• Strong work ethic with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive, ambition, resilience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Degree and/or sales experience preferred but not essential for graduate‑calibre candidates.
