Account Manager – UK Venues (Live Entertainment)

About the role

SINE Digital is seeking a highly organised Account Manager to support a portfolio of UK venue and cultural clients. You will act as the central liaison between clients and our specialist teams, ensuring campaigns and projects are planned and delivered smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the day‑to‑day contact for venue and cultural clients, supporting Account Directors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their commercial objectives and planning cycles.
• Coordinate campaign delivery, track approvals, feedback and actions, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare and support client meetings, reporting sessions, QBRs, and presentations.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to long‑term client strategy.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in account management, project coordination, marketing or client services.
• Passion for theatre, live entertainment and cultural institutions.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive communication style and strong stakeholder management.
