Accounting Graduate Programme 2027 – Swindon

About the role

Join Zurich Insurance as an Accounting Graduate and embark on a three‑year rotational programme starting September 2027. You will work across different accounting teams, gain professional qualifications and contribute to real projects that add value to the business and its customers.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in process transformation initiatives.
• Provide financial support and analysis to business units.
• Develop management information (MI) reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Indefinite right to work and reside in the UK (no sponsorship required) and at least three consecutive years of UK residency.
• Minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree (or equivalent) predicted or achieved within the last three years.
• At least 96 UCAS points and minimum C/4 grades in English and Maths at GCSE.
