About the role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join a well‑established boutique accountancy practice in North West London. This mid‑manager position involves direct client and staff management, contributing to both operational and strategic decisions, with a clear pathway to partnership.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a diverse client portfolio across sectors with full autonomy.
- Lead and develop the accounts team, providing mentorship and performance oversight.
- Participate in firm‑wide strategic decision‑making and contribute to business growth.
- Ensure high‑quality delivery of accounting, tax, and advisory services.
Required profile
- ACA or ACCA qualified with proven UK practice experience.
