About the role
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our well‑established team in Bath on a long‑term temporary basis. You will play a key part in ensuring supplier payments are processed accurately and efficiently while supporting the wider finance function.
Key responsibilities
- Perform regular supplier account reconciliations.
- Accurately input invoices into the accounting system.
- Manage and resolve supplier payment queries.
- Process company expenses and credit‑card transactions.
- Assist with bank reconciliations.
- Produce monthly financial reports.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts role.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail.
