Associate Financial Adviser – Wealth Management

About the role

Join a well‑established financial planning firm operating across the South West and London. As an Associate Financial Adviser you will manage a portfolio of existing clients, delivering holistic advice on investments, pensions, retirement and estate planning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with clients holding up to £250k in investable assets.
• Provide comprehensive financial advice covering investments, pensions, retirement and estate planning.
• Collaborate with senior Financial Planners for mentorship and technical support.
• Maintain high standards of client service and compliance.
• Contribute to the growth of the client base through proactive relationship building.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent qualification.
• Experience as an Associate or Trainee Financial Planner, paraplanner or similar role.
• Client‑first mindset with strong relationship‑building skills.
