Accounts Payable Specialist – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term (Oxford)

About the role
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a finance team in Oxford on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role will support the full accounts payable function and play a key part in a major SAP S/4HANA system migration.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, reconciliations and payment runs.
- Maintain supplier records and resolve invoice queries.
- Assist with month‑end activities and financial controls.
- Support the finance team during the SAP S/4HANA implementation to ensure a smooth transition.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to improve processes and resolve issues.
Required profile
- Confident in an Accounts Payable role.
- Previous experience working with SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
