Accounts Receivable & Payable Manager

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Accounts Receivable & Payable Manager to own the end‑to‑end AR and AP functions for a growing international business. This role offers the chance to influence cash‑flow management, drive process improvements and develop a high‑performing finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams.
• Drive effective collections, cash application and customer account management.
• Ensure supplier invoices are processed accurately and payments are made on time.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and overall financial performance.
• Produce reporting, forecasts and ageing analysis to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and other business functions to resolve account queries.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable or transactional finance leadership.
• Proven ability to manage and develop finance teams.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
• Experience with ERP or finance systems such as SAP, Sage, Dynamics, NetSuite or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills.
