Acquisitions Manager – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance professionals. You will work remotely, reviewing AI responses, testing complex scenarios, and providing structured feedback to improve model accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Design and present diverse, real‑world financial problems to test AI reasoning.
• Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, performance, and logical consistency.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to guide model enhancements.

Required profile

• Native or bilingual fluency in English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Background in finance with advanced degree (MBA+ preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD is a plus but not mandatory.
