About the role
We are building a pool of experienced minute takers to record high‑profile disciplinary hearings on an ad‑hoc basis. The role is ideal for individuals with strong shorthand abilities who can work flexibly and maintain strict confidentiality.
Key responsibilities
- Attend disciplinary hearings in person at Perceval House, Ealing (W5 2HL).
- Produce accurate, detailed shorthand notes throughout each meeting.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive case information.
- Provide clear, professional records of discussions, decisions and outcomes.
- Be available on short notice when hearings are scheduled.
Required profile
- Proven experience taking minutes in formal meetings, hearings, or disciplinary settings.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional, discreet demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Flexible availability to attend meetings as required, potentially only a few times per year.
Required skills
- Ability to take comprehensive shorthand notes.
