Administration Assistant – Hybrid (Ellesmere Port)

About the role
We are partnering with a friendly, family‑run financial services business in Ellesmere Port to find an Administration Assistant. The role supports advisors and helps ensure the smooth running of protection and mortgage cases in a close‑knit office of 4‑6 people.
Key responsibilities
- Input client data, fact finds and leads into internal systems
- Write advice and suitability letters
- Manage and chase pipeline cases, including GP reports
- Keep advisors updated on case progress
- Perform general administration and case management
- Support protection cases and ensure compliance standards are met
Required profile
- Confident communicator able to speak to people at all levels
- Strong organisational skills
- Positive, proactive and enthusiastic attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
Required skills
What we offer
- Salary £25,000 – £30,000 (DOE)
- Standard hours: Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am‑5:00 pm
