Administration Assistant – Hybrid (Ellesmere Port)

About the role

We are partnering with a friendly, family‑run financial services business in Ellesmere Port to find an Administration Assistant. The role supports advisors and helps ensure the smooth running of protection and mortgage cases in a close‑knit office of 4‑6 people.

Key responsibilities

• Input client data, fact finds and leads into internal systems
• Write advice and suitability letters
• Manage and chase pipeline cases, including GP reports
• Keep advisors updated on case progress
• Perform general administration and case management
• Support protection cases and ensure compliance standards are met

Required profile

• Confident communicator able to speak to people at all levels
• Strong organisational skills
• Positive, proactive and enthusiastic attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
