Administration Coordinator

About the role

Reed is seeking an organised and proactive Administration Coordinator on a six‑month fixed‑term contract to support its seasonal Christmas operations. Based in Bishop's Stortford, you will act as the central point of contact for festive enquiries and help deliver high‑quality decorative installations for workplaces, hospitality venues and commercial sites across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all incoming Christmas enquiries via email and phone, providing prompt and professional responses.
• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals, ensuring attention to detail.
• Coordinate subcontractors nationwide, communicating schedules, project requirements and expectations.
• Issue and maintain Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and other project documentation.
• Update CRM and internal systems with project records and status.
• Oversee installations of trees, wreaths, garlands and bespoke festive decoration schemes.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational ability with capacity to juggle multiple priorities.

• Proactive, energetic and solutions‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within structured processes.

• Competitive salary of £29,000 per annum.
