About the role
We are seeking a full‑time Administrative Assistant to join our luxury interiors and boutique retail design showroom in London. You will provide day‑to‑day administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and a polished client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for senior staff.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence with professional phone etiquette.
- Prepare and maintain organized documentation, filing systems and records.
- Liaise with clients, vendors and partner organisations to facilitate smooth communication.
- Support executive‑level tasks, including travel arrangements and report preparation.
Required profile
- Proven experience in administrative or executive assistance roles.
- Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Interest or experience in interior design or boutique retail is an asset.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
