Administrative Coordinator (Sales Support)

About the role

The Administrative Coordinator will provide all‑round support to the Account Director and a team of Sales Account Managers within a dynamic promotional merchandise company. The role blends PA duties, order confirmation, product sourcing and artwork coordination, with the flexibility to work from home one day a week.

Key responsibilities

• Perform PA and general administrative tasks for the Account Director.
• Process order confirmations and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in sourcing products and preparing artwork for the in‑house design team.
• Update the product database and identify new ethical suppliers.
• Provide high‑quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Motivated, organised and energetic multi‑tasker.
• Experience in sales administration, merchandising or related admin roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
