Administrator – International Examining Body (12‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Our client, a prestigious International Examining Body, is seeking a bright and enthusiastic Administrator on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This role offers the chance to develop strong customer service skills while supporting the administration of examinations in a professional and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, professional support to candidates, examiners and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with coordination and processing of exam documentation, including scheduling, results entry and certification.
• Act as the first point of contact for examiner queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Maintain and update internal databases with exam results and candidate information, safeguarding data integrity and confidentiality.
• Provide general administrative assistance across departments, especially during peak exam periods.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of office‑based administration experience, preferably in education or professional services.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high‑quality customer service with a friendly, solution‑oriented approach.
• Positive, proactive and adaptable attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Recent DBS check is advantageous due to the nature of the role.

Required skills

• Proficiency with database systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong competence in Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
