Administrator - Private Banking Operations

About the role

We are seeking an Administrator to join the UK Private Banking team of a leading bank. The role supports VIP client services through a back‑office function, offering valuable exposure to a prestigious banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process a range of administrative workflows accurately and efficiently.
• Manage and update records across internal systems.
• Work across different operational areas handling varied administration tasks.

Required profile

• Previous administration experience in an office‑based setting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience using SharePoint.
