About the role
Join an award‑winning training provider as an Adult Care Trainer, supporting apprentices in care homes and online. You’ll enjoy a hybrid schedule that balances workplace visits with home‑based work, helping shape the next generation of care professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Support and guide apprentices in care settings and virtual environments.
- Design and tailor individual learning plans to meet each apprentice’s needs.
- Demonstrate how functional skills such as maths and English apply to daily care work.
- Maintain relationships with employers and provide regular progress updates.
- Handle administrative duties efficiently using Google Suite and related platforms.
- Travel to care homes at least three days per week, with remaining time working remotely.
Required profile
- Experience as a Care Manager, Registered Manager, or Deputy Care Manager.
- Level 5 qualification in Adult Care or a comparable credential.
- Confidence with technology and strong organisational abilities.
- Level 2 (GCSE) qualification in English and maths, or willingness to achieve it.
- Full driving licence and access to a personal vehicle for regional travel.

- Starting salary from £29,000 plus tax‑free bonuses when targets are met.
