Adviser Support – Independent Chartered IFA (London)

About the role

This position supports a leading Chartered Financial Planning firm in London, handling adviser and client queries while contributing to the delivery of high‑quality client services. It is ideal for an ambitious IFA administrator seeking to broaden their experience and progress toward paraplanning or advisory roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound adviser and client queries.
• Own Annual Review production, including plan updates.
• Perform basic cash‑flow modelling using Voyant.
• Collate data and verify complex cost disclosures.
• Support pension/ISA top‑ups, plan maintenance and investment administration (rebalancing, fee approvals, fund instructions, quarterly reporting).
• Resolve unallocated fees and manage adviser/client diaries.
• Handle LOAs and liaise with third‑party providers.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in IFA administration.
• Working towards the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (1–2 exams completed is advantageous).
• Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
• Proactive attitude with a desire for continuous development.
