Affiliate Executive – Drive Growth for Home Improvement Brands

About the role

The Affiliate Executive will support the delivery and optimisation of Anglian Home Improvements' affiliate marketing programme across multiple brands. You will work closely with senior team members to generate leads, drive revenue and ensure compliance with promotional guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Affiliate Executive and Biddable Media Lead in managing a closed group of around 15 affiliates across three brands.
• Identify, onboard and maintain relationships with new affiliates, ensuring clear communication and compliance.
• Compile weekly and monthly performance reports covering leads, revenue and cost of sale, highlighting trends and insights.
• Identify optimisation opportunities and support testing of new affiliate activities.
• Coordinate the distribution of creative assets, promotional updates and messaging to affiliates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an affiliate or partnerships environment, preferably within B2C or lead‑generation businesses.
• Strong analytical ability and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
