Africa Travel Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Africa Travel Consultant to design bespoke luxury itineraries for discerning clients. The role can be performed remotely or on a hybrid basis from central London, offering flexible working hours and a competitive remuneration package.

Key responsibilities

• Create customised luxury travel itineraries to African destinations, meeting monthly sales targets.
• Manage inbound enquiries and build relationships with new prospects.
• Provide expert advice and insightful information about destinations, lodges, and game reserves.
• Identify and implement operational improvements across the sales and post‑booking process.
• Spot new product and marketing opportunities to expand the portfolio.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience selling Africa travel packages, safaris, or game reserves.
• Extensive product knowledge of African destinations and personal travel experience in the region.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Required skills

• Strong itinerary planning and sales negotiation abilities.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑building skills.
