After-Sales & Warranty Specialist - Cooling Technology

About the role

CCR is looking for a technically experienced professional in cooling technology and HVAC to join its growing UK team. Reporting to the Solution Manager within the Operations department, the After-Sales & Warranty Specialist strengthens customer retention, improves service quality, reduces warranty costs and drives revenue through post-purchase engagement. The role combines technical expertise with problem solving and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end after-sales service and warranty claims, resolving them quickly and accurately.
• Work directly with customers to diagnose issues, find root causes and implement solutions.
• Analyse warranty data and field performance to spot recurring problems and drive corrective action with engineering and operations teams.
• Provide hands-on technical support and guidance, especially in complex or escalated cases.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and service teams to improve product reliability and service processes.
• Turn technical issues into actionable insights for product improvements and process optimisation.
• Engage customers after installation to build long-term relationships.
• Develop revenue opportunities through service agreements, upgrades and value-added offerings.
• Keep clear case documentation to share knowledge across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in refrigeration, HVAC or cooling technology.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets, timelines and customer expectations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and solution-oriented mindset.
• Structured, organised and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Results-driven, clear communicator and calm under pressure.
