Aftersales Manager

About the role

The Aftersales Manager will lead the service and workshop teams at a busy Stellantis &You Peugeot dealership in Birmingham. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, driving commercial performance and supporting the digital transformation of the aftersales department.

Key responsibilities

• Drive workshop technician performance to maximise efficiency, sold hours and first‑time fix rates.
• Lead the customer‑facing team to increase upsell opportunities while maintaining high service standards.
• Implement and adopt new digital systems and processes as part of the dealership’s digitalisation strategy.
• Monitor key performance indicators and report on workshop and service results.
• Develop and coach team members to achieve commercial and service targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in a busy dealership environment.
• Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Commercially minded with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
