Agent Deployment Engineer - French Speaking

About the role

Decagon is building a specialized Agent Deployment Engineering organization to deliver enterprise‑grade AI agents. As an Agent Deployment Engineer you will own the end‑to‑end execution of AI agent builds for strategic customers, working closely with product, engineering and go‑to‑market teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own architecture and delivery of AI agent builds from scoping through production deployment.
• Design core agentic logic, guardrails and supervisory controls to ensure safe, reliable performance.
• Build and test integrations with customer systems such as CRMs, ticketing platforms and data pipelines.
• Interface with senior technical stakeholders to define success criteria and drive delivery against timelines.
• Diagnose, debug and resolve probabilistic and technical failures through root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a technical customer‑facing role (solutions engineering, implementation, technical consulting, etc.).
• Native or business‑level fluency in written and spoken English and French.
• Proven ability to deliver production‑grade solutions with structured execution, testing and iteration.
• Comfort working in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments and shaping solutions.

Required skills

• Strong technical foundation: writing code, working with APIs and building end‑to‑end integrations.
• Experience with LLMs/AI agents, prompting, evaluation and guardrail design.
• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS integrations (CRM, ticketing, data pipelines) and handling security/compliance considerations.
